    Bell attendants assist guests with checking in/out of the hotel. They might also have other responsibilities such as parking vehicles and carrying guests luggage. Bell attendants will escort guests to their rooms and give information about the hotel.

    Cashiers at hotels are responsible for any financial transaction from guests. They will be in charge of the cash flow with responsibilities of counting cash and depositing it in a safe.

    Room attendants attend to any guests need such as delivering food, drinks or answering any queries. They also perform minor housekeeping duties if guests are needing any items or cleaning done.

    Door attendants provide assistance to guests entering and leaving the hotel. Their job will be to open doors for guests and to also hail taxis. They also should have good knowledge about the city to provide directions.

    Laundry attendants maintain the washing of bedding and other textile items throughout the hotel.

    Housekeeping floor supervisors brief housekeeping staff on duties that to be need carried out. They will ensure that a high standard is being met throughout and provide training.

    Bell Attendants

    The role of a bell attendant is to greet guests on arrival and carry their luggage. The bell attendant will aid in any guests inquiries and assist the smooth running of the hotel in many other ways.

    Cashiers

    Manage transactions with guests in ensuring payments have gone through on checkout such as cash, credit cards and billing. The cashier will also follow up on any unpaid bills and balance cash at the end of a shift.

    Room Attendants

    Room attendants are responsible for keeping the rooms to a high standard. This can be from changing the bed linen to restocking food and drinks in the minibar. They also answer to any queries from guests who want room service.

    Door Attendants

    Door attendants might work as security ensuring that the right people are entering the hotel. They will open doors for guests at the entrance and provide assistance to guests, by calling them a taxi or answering any questions.

    Laundry Attendants

    Laundry attendants will sort out any washing duties that need done in the hotel. They will also check that no laundry items have stains on them and work to remove any that do. At certain hotels they might wash guest’s personal items and must keep track which items belong to whom.

    Housekeeping floor supervisors

    Housekeeping floor supervisors will train the housekeeping staff on cleaning and maintenance tasks. They will inspect rooms and other areas of the hotel to check the cleanliness. The supervisors will manage the shifts and organise schedules for staff.

    General Cashiers work in hotels and handle payments from guests. Essential duties listed on a General Cashier resume sample are balancing cash, processing payments, counting money, recording expenses for each customer, and using a computerized cashiering system.

    c. Room Attendants

    Room attendants will stock and sort room supplies such as towels and toiletries. They will make beds and change sheets if there required. They will take in regard of guest’s privacy and perform any other cleaning duties.

    d. Door Attendants

    Door Attendants welcome guests and ensure they leave the building safely. They will open doors and guide people into cars and taxis. They will also open doors to the building and answer any queries.

    e. Laundry Attendants

    Laundry attendants are responsible for washing any towels, sheets and any personal items of guests. Laundry attendants will have to ensure cleanliness and ensure smooth operation.

    f. Housekeeping floor supervisors

    Housekeeping floor supervisors are responsible for hiring and training staff. They will make sure rooms and other areas of the hotel are regularly cleaned. Manage schedules for staff and provide any training needed.

    Door attendants act like security at the front of hotels. They will greet guests and open doors for them. They will also ensure doorways are kept clear and report any incidents. If it is raining they will keep guests dry when arriving and leaving.

    e. Laundry Attendants

    Laundry attendants will wash items required by housekeeping such as bedding and towels. Attendants will ensure machines and equipment are clean and working in good order.

    f. Housekeeping floor supervisors

    Housekeeping floor supervisors will train all the housekeeping staff on how to follow hotel guidelines. They will inspect the rooms and common areas that they are meeting a clean standard.

    Laundry attendants will clean any laundry such as linen, towels and guests personal belongings. They will be responsible in ensuring stains are removed from sheets and everything looks to a high standard.

    f. Housekeeping floor supervisors

    Housekeeping floor supervisors will be in charge of all the housekeeping staff. They will ensure that housekeeping staff are doing their job to a high standard and meeting hotel guidelines. They will do room inspections and organise any staff training.

    Bell Attendants: When guests arrive at the hotel, they will be greeted and shown to their rooms. They’ll give the basics about the hotel and the amenities it offers. They will also be responsible for sorting and transporting luggage to the rooms. Except that, they   may also bring ordered things to visitors’ rooms, such as food, drinks and packages.
    Cashiers: The cashier will handle the customers’ cash and credit card transactions, as well as follow up on any unpaid bills and cash balances at the end of their shift. They are also in charge of cash flow management. Finally, cashiers will be in charge of making daily bank deposits and reporting them.
    Room Attendants: Cleaning and maintaining rooms, corridors, stairwells, and guest spaces are among their responsibilities. They clean furniture, wash windows, vacuum carpet, sanitize bathrooms, change bed linens, and replace towels. They’re allocated to a particular number of hotel rooms and given a deadline to clean them by.
    Door Attendants:Guests will be greeted by door attendants who will open and close doors for them. They’ll also make sure that doors are maintained clean and any occurrences are reported. They also provide umbrellas if it is raining.
    Laundry Attendants: Soiled garments or linens are washed and dried by a laundry attendant. Collecting soiled linens or clothing, sorting laundry by color and fabric type, applying stain treatments, and running laundry machines to wash and dry things are among their tasks.
    Housekeeping floor supervisors will be in charge of hiring and training all of the housekeeping personnel. They also do room inspections to ensure that the mini bar is stocked.
